Ahzaz Chowdhury - Partner

Az has both worked in, and advised on, global politics, campaign management and communications for nearly two decades. In his career to date, Az has advised businesses, politicians, and governments.
His experience includes serving as Campaign Director for all levels of political campaigns, including Presidential elections, National General Elections in the UK and abroad, Party Leadership Elections, and London Mayoral Campaigns. He has worked on election campaigns in the UK at every level of Government since 2005.
From 2011, Az together with Paul Scully founded and led a political consultancy, catering to diverse clients ranging from global corporations to governments. He has advised governments in areas as diverse as defence, foreign direct investment to election campaign management.
Az has advised businesses in almost all sectors from real estate to financial services. He has counselled corporations on issues such as global M&A transactions, activist shareholder campaigns and judicial inquiries. Az has advised on a successful election campaign in a European territory, advised a national trade association, advised on cross-jurisdictional regulatory issues for a highly regulated financial services entity and is currently advising foreign governments in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Az is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and, a Freeman of the Company of Entrepreneurs. Az was awarded Freedom of the City of London, by redemption, in 2023.
Paul Scully - Partner

Paul has over 25 years experience in politics, campaigning and at a senior level of business. Paul served as a UK Member of Parliament for almost a decade. In that time, he served as a government minister in four different Departments, as Minister for London for four years, as the Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Thailand, Brunei and Myanmar, and as Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party.
Prior to be elected an MP, he also served as a Councillor for a London Borough for 5 years.Notably as Minister for Small Business, Consumers & Corporate Responsibility, he was responsible for small business, hospitality, retail and the British Business Bank throughout Covid.
In his final Ministerial role as Minister for Tech & Digital Economy, Paul was responsible for the development of the UK AI Whitepaper and Semiconductor strategy, working with G7 and G20 partners in the lead up to the AI Safety Summit at Bletchley Park. He led on the completion of the groundbreaking Online Safety Act.
Prior to politics, Paul and Az Chowdhury founded Nudge Factory in 2011, a corporate affairs consultancy acting for governments, businesses and private entrepreneurs.
Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, completed the Ministerial training for major projects by Infrastructure Projects Authority and Said Business School, Oxford University and was awarded Freedom of the City of London in 2025.

Ben has over 20 years’ experience in business consulting and politics.
He is a former Member of Parliament in the UK and served as Parliamentary Private Secretary at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government; Chairman of the Housing Market and Housing Delivery All Party Parliamentary Group; Chairman of the Business in a Pandemic World All Party Parliamentary Group and Chairman of the Self Driving Cars All Party Parliamentary Group.
Prior to Parliament, Ben was a consultant with Deloitte and Head of Strategy at ICAEW.
Mark Baker - Partner

Mark Baker is a former advisor and Private Office manager to several ruling family members within both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Advising on Tourism, Trade Development, Security & Defence Procurement and International partnerships where Public and Private sector often intersect.
Mark has acted as advisor to the Chair in the UK of the British Business Group (Dubai & Northern Emirates), Advisor to the Chair of World Trade Centre Basilicata (Italy), created and launched both the UK post Brexit Milton Keynes / UAE strategic partnership programme and A1 Grand Prix, a global Motorsport Series which delivered the single largest motor sport order and export in UK history.
Mark was appointed to launch Dubai Cares NGO with Ruler of Dubai Executive Office and acts as Advisory Board Member to the American University, UAE.
Mark was the Co-Founder of “Project Flightpath” in support of UK Government “Generation Aviation” and is also the co-founder with his now 8yr old daughter of “Hands Across The Skies”; a unique Aviation Charitable Company based in Milton Keynes.
